He is the author of the books, “Building Business Credit for Business Owners,” “Success Steps to Business Credit,” “Success Steps to Business Financing,” and the ten book series “Building Blocks to Business Success.” Mr. Gass has created THE system for achieving success and has followed it to the letter within his own organizations. Having passion, drive, and determination, Mr. Gass started Business Credit Services, Inc. in the fall of 2000. He has taken BCS through the much choreographed stages of both the business credit building process and his 10 step building blocks to success from passion straight through to exit. After 8 years of business success and more than 12,000 very satisfied clients achieving their own business success through his guaranteed systems, Mr. Gass exited Business Credit Services, Inc. The acquisition between the two privately owned entities has positioned BCS to gain resources and expansion opportunities by aligning with the global corporate services provider Corporation Service Company (CSC) Mr. Gass and the BCS executive team have joined forces with CSC and The Company Corporation ("TCC"), CSC's division serving small business. Mark Del Guercio Mark Del Guercio started his first million dollar business at age 26, and has been an entrepreneur for the past 22 years. Mr. Del Guercio has helped thousands of business owners and investors achieve their goals by structuring business entities, working with focused teams of professional legal and tax advisors, and assisting in the formation of qualified and non-qualified pension plans. As an active real estate investor, Mr. Del Guercio has arranged multi-million dollar financing for projects in Las Vegas, Nevada; Alberta, Canada; and the Dominican Republic. He has also spoken at over 100 real estate trainings and seminars on the topics of asset protection, tax strategies for real estate investors, structuring joint ventures, and the use of self directed IRAs for investing. Recognizing that contribution is important, Mr. Del Guercio founded Prosperity Advisors, Inc. in 2001; an organization dedicated to assisting individuals in starting non-profit organizations and obtaining tax-exempt status. To date, he has incorporated over 300 non-profits with positive letters of determination from the Internal Revenue Service. Mark resides in Las Vegas, NV. Mr. Fritz founded his previous company, Human Capital – peochoice.com, in 1997. Human Capital is a Professional Employer Organization providing small to medium sized businesses with employer administration services. Through persistent passion and focus, Scott grew his company into a nationwide player with 2007 annual revenues of $170 million dollars. This hyper growth landed Human Capital and its affiliate division on the INC. 500 list in 2003 and 2004 with growth rates in excess of 1,000 percent. Servicing 350 client companies and 5,000 employees in over 40 states, Human Capital was sold to a nationwide staffing firm in December of 2007. As an active Angel investor, Mr. Fritz has invested in eleven separate ventures over the past eight years. Some areas of investment include: land development, environmental services, business services and entertainment. His involvement with these companies ranges from passive investor and advisory board member to paid coach and consultant. Scott enjoys sharing his experiences in growing companies, coaching budding entrepreneurs, and developing strategic plans for each of his endeavors. One of his recent investments sold for 70 million dollars within three years of his initial funding, equaling well over a 300 percent return. Mr. Fritz resides in Las Vegas, and is the Past President of the local Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) Chapter – eonetwork.org. During 2007-2008 he held the position of Global Chapter Development Committee Chair, overseeing the Global development of 120 EO Chapters representing more than 6,500 members in 38 countries. Scott is also an EO Certified Strategy Summit and Accelerator Facilitator, facilitating over twenty individual EO chapter events each year. This role enables him to coach the “leaders of leaders” by improving their focus, alignment and momentum for EO Chapter Boards and Accelerator programs throughout the United States and Canada.
